This is my 2nd log with DNP. First time sucked to say the least, middle of the summer in the Southeast with 90+ degree days every day. February is a G R E A T change of pace for running DNP.
I started on Monday 2/14 and I am running the DNP for 14 days.
Thus far the scale has gone from 215 to 210 in just 4 days. So far so good.
If you have read my previous DNP log I had some issues before. Trying to counteract those this time. My last cycle ended abruptly with a massive breakout (bodily rash) caused by the DNP. Took me literally 2-3 weeks to get over it, so I'm praying to god it doesn't happen again. I am running 50mg Benadryl nightly, along with Quercetin and VitC. I would advise this to *anyone* using DNP. **I'm also running the same batch of DNP previously used**
I am much less sweaty and warm than I was back at the end of summer on my last run. I have been doing a very lean bulk for the past 2 months on Test E/Tren E/Deca. I am still running all 3 at Test 750/Tren 400/Deca 450 per week. I usually take Adderall but I have ceased it for the duration of my DNP cycle as DNP+TREN+ADDERALL sounds like an awfully bad idea due to potential dehydration. I can tell a difference in how thirsty I am from running the Tren alongside the DNP. I drink 2 bottles+ of water over my 8 hour "sleep" period ( I say "sleep" because I'm waking up every hour to two hours to piss and drink more water).
Regardless of the addition of the Tren, I am still much happier thus far than I was in my summer cycle. I honestly believe that when I'm doing my cuts (PRE-spring) I will use DNP. And stay away from it (and Tren) in the hotter months of the year. Both make me sweat too easily and too much. Last summer I never saw my friends (who hung out at bars, nightclubs, music venues) because the places they hung out at were just too damn hot. I would go to a bar and come out looking like I took a dip in the pool with my clothes on. It wasn't pretty, going to avoid the pitstains and nastily sweaty hair this year.
Also seperate from last cycle I am running my DNP at a 200mg morning dose and a 200mg dose 8 hours later. Last run I just took all 400mg in the morning and said fuck it, and 3 days I ran 600mg (AWFUL). Spreading the doses out will spread out your "hot flashes" as I call them, so that they aren't so intense at one time. I recommend that anyone using DNP do the same, you're doing yourself a favor.
I'll continue with my weight loss results and general updates on how I'm feeling so you guys can get a better idea of how DNP affects you, incase you want to try it someday. I'm only on my 4th day and all of my bodily fluids are yellow. Sweat/semen etc. DNP makes me somewhat moist all over in general, so you get that kinda "havent taken a shower in a while" funk a lot quicker than you would otherwise. I take like 2 cold showers a day and scrub down so my girlfriend will let me sleep in the same bed as her.
Any DNP related questions, shoot em at me on this thread. I'll try to answer what I can on things I don't mention in my log.
PS - Calories are at MAINTENANCE with carb sources primarily coming from FRUIT and the milk used in my shakes. (Less than or equal to 150g per day carbs) I recommend fruit as the primary carb source to users running DNP. It burns much quicker than other food sources and is out of your system quickly, thus flushing out that DNP heat sensation you get from eating. I'm not eating *ANY* slow burning carbs like oats, whole wheat, etc., as these tend to (for me at least) increase the duration of which I sweat and feel like dogshit after consuming them.
