Another run with DNP

fa sho! next time say FUCK'EM all and bring some tuna lol....nah i understand

another question

I heard DNP wouldnt really work for a guy like me (613 pounds) that its really meant for dudes like your self just trying to shred a low % of BF....is that true?

hypothetically would a guy my size pull off big ass numbers with DNP

Honestly I would say at your weight brother, the DNP isn't really needed. Unless you have some major thyroid issues inhibiting you from losing weight naturally. For the overweight, caloric decreases and cardio will shed tons of weight as long as you stay strict on your diet. If your goal is to get down to a manageable size, I wouldn't run DNP until youre under the 300lb mark. If you experience any sort of blood sugar issues, you would be feelin like you were dying from glucose starvation on DNP. And it causes immense carbohydrate cravings which can be pretty hard to resist. All in all, a strict diet, weight training, and cardio will benefit you the most for a good while. I wouldn't rule it out completely, youll get to a point to where the weight loss slows down just like it does for everyone else. Then you start to throw in compounds like DNP.

To be fair, I could lose the weight I've lost naturally without using DNP at all. Fact is I got kind of lazy this winter on my bulk and I'm paying for it now by sweating my balls off and feeling tired as hell every day using DNP to undo what I did. I'm not saying you shouldn't use DNP because you couldn't handle it, I just think at your weight it should come off like crazy for a good while if you have everything under control.

On top of it all, most users report the best results with DNP on their first run. Thats why I'd wait. The first run, if you do it right, is pretty epic.

thats what i am saying though...any one could lose it if they "buckle" down you know, but would it help speed up my process...I am putting in the work regardless, but would this be a catalyst

Decided today was my last day. Lethargy has been gettin worse and I'm pretty beat down. Total weight loss is 20lbs and I will update in a week with the totals after the water drops off and I do a re-fuel. Can't wait until my muscles don't look flat and shitty like they have this whole time on DNP. To me thats a worse side than being miserably sweaty. Makes me not wanna look in the mirror.

That is a bad idea also, DNP lowers thyroid function by about 50% which is why you should run t3 while running dnp.

Well the carb reload helps to get the thyroid moving steadily again. I didn't use T3 with the cycle because honestly I'm lethargic enough as is. I have run T3 in the past and anything above 50mcg has me laying in bed just like DNP. Only difference is T3 doesn't make me a sweaty miserable mess. It kills my strength worse than anything I have ever taken though. The anabolic rebound from DNP is quick, and I get back up to my normal pre-DNP strength levels very quickly. Overall this was a good run. In a couple of weeks I will run a re-comp cycle to focus on lean mass and further fat loss (not nearly dramatic as DNP obviously). Dropping Tren and doing an Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) level cruise until I figure out whats next.

word, i am assuming the rashes people talk about from DNP are from the sweating right?

No, Dnp can cause a histamine build up that can cause itchy, red, burning rashes. Mine looked terrible, almost like burns. But with an antihistamine and allergy meds it went away in a few days.

I only got it once and never again. Which is pretty common.

always keep benadryl on hand when using dnp.

is the sweating and smell, really bad enough where it would effect your decision to go out in public hhaha?

i have a girlfriend, and she might get a lil pissy if i refuse to see her for two weeks :P

I've never noticed any "smell" before. As for the sweating, it seems to depend on several factors. (How much/how easily you normally sweat, sensitivity to DNP, dose, etc)

Benedryl didnt do shit. I used cypreheptadine and and zyrtek.

Yup, same. Zyrtec FTW.

Well, from what I've read, is it's harder for people who have more excess body fat to radiate the heat at a fast enough rate. The fat acts like a barrier inhibiting heat loss, which makes it more dangerous for problems related to over heating.

I agree, with epoxy on this. it's important to develop discipline.

You said you lost 31 pounds last month, which is awesome. Even with DNP, the majority of people don't lose that kind of weight that fast. I think it'll be safer if you use it a lesser body fat %.

Stay on the straight and narrow bro.

Looking good epoxy, can't wait to see end results !

I so want to try this. I am a 40 year old female, perpetually 15-20 lbs over goal weight. I have tested healthy but have always been the cold one and my temperature is usually 96.9/97.1. This is made for me. I have read this stuff to death and can't wait to post my own results.
