Anxiety On Steroids? Feeling very nervous

digging out of a hole
Hey bros,

Im almost at the end of my 4th week of my cycle, taking test e 250mg per week, 600mg per week primo depot and 20mg per day anavar. Diet is high in protein around 50g carbs a day. Been consistently eating right, not broken my diet but have a cheat meal once a week. Im beginning to notice weird things happening mainly that I am getting "anxiety" attacks, like my heart might start racing really bad for a minute randomly or I feel really anxious for a brief period.

It has gotten me a bit worried. I am also doing 500 calories per day on the treadmill. I wanted to get some advice, I started this cycle really out of shape, smoker, not been to the gym in 3 years, not done any cardio, ate junk etc.

overnight I stopped smoking, hitting the cardo and eating clean and started my cycle. What do you reckon, could it be that its a big shock to my body or something?

Uhhhhhhhhhhh....

Why would you do that to yourself? Yes, you're in shock! Even without the hormones, you're changing so many things at once, it's going to be near impossible to determine which is causing what.

Causes of anxiety in your case are easily:

Nicotine withdrawals
Elevated estradiol
Heart murmur from added strain
Diet changes causing issues with cortisol
Likely increase in stimulants (guessing here)
Preexisting issues with adrenals
Increase in parathyroid hormones due to ********* damage

The list could go on and on.

You have a few choices here. You can stop one thing at a time until it goes away (obviously a blood test will help), or just power through after speaking to a physician (leaving out the AAS use of course) and an exam.

My .02c :)

Hey guys,

Yes using an AI, I can power through it, just wanted to make sure its nothing serious. Its worrying as I am not really one to get nervous.

I'm seeing a lot wrong with all of this. If you had low t, I could see trt for sure, but not a full cycle. Congrats on the will power as far as your diet, but there are guys here who could help you understand nutrition better. That will be the biggest consideration in making the kind of progress you want to see.

Good luck

Thanks man, my diet is pretty much a diet made by 3J. It was made for me a while back and I have tweaked it a bit but I think its ok. The 50g carbs per day is extreme as it is making me really tired but results wise it is working. Im losing fat and the cycle is working I just dont know why I am having these attacks. I am also under a lot of other stress so could be that, I wanted to post to get others opinions.

I feel you. I been there. I only got anxiety once I started EQ. All other things kept the same too. It sucks. And I live in NYC... Had an anxiety attack in the middle of the train on my way to work. Thankfully I was sat down, kept my cool and pulled out some water and took deep breaths. It will stop sooner or later.

Do you know what causes it? Its a scary feeling

Man I tell you that halfwit is right on point here. I would of said almost everything he said. Really ma you are changing so many things that effect your physical and emotional being. The average person (I never smoked) will go thru anxiety and panic attacks and the such when quitting smoking. Even a very big change in someone's diet will cause this.

I don't think you have a real problem that won't go away soon so settle down and think it out. Listen to what the others said...halfwit

PS: I'm not making light of it, Being Bi-Polar Type I since 75' I feel for the people that get anxiety.

Thanks man, I wouldnt have made a post on it but thought why not since I wasnt sure if its the steroids, shock or whatever. As long as it isnt something I need to be worried about I can ride it through.
