any good before and after pics?

thanks, so are you keeping a deficit right now or do you try and take in more than you expend?

Right now I'm eating around 3,400 cals I'm trying to keep my weight & slowly put in some lean mass, I do manipulate my cals as I see changes are needed.
Nothing is set in stone for me, as my training/goals change I tweak my diet accordingly.

My TDEE is 3,415

I do AM Cardio 3 times a week
& Evening Cardio 2 times a week

well this is my 3 week update.. not ripped yet like alot of the guys on here but I will be soon... at three weeks I think all the exta energy and good mood is just from finally knowing I did have a problem all this time, and now knowing that I'm on my way to a better lifestyle in the future.. started trying to take in lots more clean calories and hitting the weights hard.. will continue for 8 weeks, then switch to losing the fat and hopefully getting ripped.. just love the feeling that at 32 I still have my best days ahead of me now.. me 3 weeks ago before I started wit chip i23.photobucket.com/albums/b374/as33_97/19f6d398.jpg tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I started i23.photobucket.com/albums/b374/as33_97/59f133f4.jpgwill keep updating till I'm a beast lol

you can definitely see a difference and in just 3 weeks thats amazing. Keep it up man
