Any Input Greatly Appreciated

I originally found this forum after being diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism(low testosterone). My total test # is 38 and free test is 7. The nurse told me that this is the lowest that she has ever seen. My doctor has prescribed 300mg of Test Cypionate every two weeks. I've also got a prescription from another Dr. for 200mg every two weeks,so I'm looking at taking 200mg every week. I was also advised by a friend to take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and an anti aromatase drug along with the test for TRT. I'm looking at taking .25-.5mg of Arimidex twice a week and 250iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week. Does this look like a good plan for someone on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? I'll probably add in some Anavar and T3 at some point, but for now, I'm just trying to get my test level stabilized. I'm 5'11", 320lbs at 25%BF. Thanks in advance for your input.

I'm on a test cyp cycle now but I'm taking 500 a week. Split up in two 250 shots. Your bf% is pretty high and cypionate retains a lot of water. Id get some Letro incase of gyno its a slow ester so won't kick in for about 4 weeks. Ya .25 is pretty good.

Thanks for the input Herm. This is not really a cycle, but more Hormone Replacement Therapy. This is something that I will probably be on indefinately. I may do a cycle at some point, but for now, I just want to get "dialed in" and get my test levels up, while decreasing estrogen/sides. Thanks Bro.

Be careful. Doctor shopping is a crime. Did the second doctor that prescribed steroids know about the first doctor that prescribed as well?

great point, nordic. Great point. Its just a shame that both of these doc's are fucking idiots and dont know what the fuckthey are doing.

aside from that, what about the protocol that i posted? No thoughts?

5'11".... 320. I'm your former twin. Find my success story on here in a previous thread. I'd love to help you out. I can't give you advice because you are not a client or patient of our doctors, but lets just say you are lucky you have a good friend but you the "old me" would be amping up the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) till your body comp starts to trim out. I'm assuming you've got a shit ton of estrogen "stuck" to your receptors like fucking glue that needs to get released. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks Chip. I was just trying to err on the side of safety. I've heard that taking too much Adex will crash your HDL levels, which is very dangerous. I've also heard that taking too much Adex will dry up and ruin your joints. I know that a little estrogen is necessary for maintaining libido and for muscle growth. I'm more than a little confused on the dosage here:(

I would definitely up the Adex a little.. I am around the same BF% as you, a little higher, and I get nocturnal and morning wood right now at 3mgs a week and no joint pain.. I am leaning out alot and I am sure after I get my bf under 15% I will lower the adex dosage.. IMO it is safer to start high w/ adex so you don't get gyno.. If I was you I'd call Chip and save the hassle of the doctors.. Unless you have really good insurance you are not saving much..

Thanks TR. If you don't mind me asking, how much T are you running? Are you on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or a cycle?

You really need to get one doctor that can help you manage your health. As stated earlier, using multiple doctors for the same drugs is a crime and self-medicating is just stupid.

Give Chip a call, get on a comprehensive protocol, and call it a day. You won't be sorry.
