Any of you guys ever post on the misc.fitness.weights newsgroup back in the day?

A co-worker of mine and I were discussing this the other day and remembering some of the people that used to post on that newsgroup. Lyle McDonald, William Llewellyn, Dan Duchaine, Victor Conte (THG scandal), Bill Roberts, Patrick Arnold, etc. There were some pretty big names on that board back in the day. That newsgroup was popular even before Elite Fitness was around.

Just wondered if any of you other guys remember that site.

Tuna shake LOL I totally remember that. Man those guys used to flame each other so bad sometimes. That board was a riot.

Oh yeah, I used to love that newsgroup. But all it seemed to be was personal attacks at the end, so I stopped reading it. Wow, I hadn't even thought of that group in a looong time. And they all called bill phillips buttplug, lol.

And when they'd get in an argument they're closing line would be "Shut up bitch and make me a sandwich."
