im trying to put on some serious muscle in the next 3 months. im using tren enth. and test enth. at 1cc each every 4-5 days. this cycle will last me 8-10 weeks. im super excited. i was wondering if somebody could critique my diet because i dont think its the right one for putting on some serious muscle. i dont want to get cut up just yet i wanna get the most out of these supps so here is my current diet.
breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, plain oatmeal, 1 piece wheat toast
snack - protein shake
lunch - 6 - 8 oz. chicken or fish or protein, brown rice, greens
snack - protein shake
dinner 6 - 8 oz. chicken or fish or protein, baked potato plain, greens
snack - protein shake
please let me know. my current weight is 165. id liek to be like 180 in the next 2-3 months. but id ont wanna get fat. just muscle and id also like my body fat to go down. im 14% currently. id like to be like 8-10%. please let me know. thanks! oh yeah, i do cardio everyday as well.
