Any Suggestions on a good cutting cycle

Hi I'm 5'11 31% body fat
Diet 5 small meals a day
Meal #1 12 egg whites , 2 cups of mixed veggies, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup of berries.
Meal #2- 65 grams of protein powder with water , dry roasted almonds 2oz.
Meal#3- 2 chicken breasts , large plate of green salad , 1 large sweet potato .
Meal #4- 200g of beef or fish, 4 cups of steamed veggies , 1 cup of rice.
Post workout Shake- Protein Powder 60grams , 6 rice cakes, 2oz almonds
Meal #5- 2.5 cups of non-fat greek yogurt, 1 cup of berries, 6 fish oil capsules
 
Cutting Is done with Diet. Cycling at your BF % is dangerous. I would abort whatever you're doing and seek some professional nutritional assistance. No compound will help you until your diet is fixed.

2nd that i know its prolly not the answer you were lookin for but austinite is right if you cant get close to 15% with diet alone or at least below 20% then gear aint for you and is in fact dangerous
 
Cycling anything at a 31% body fat is crazy. Remember, steroids are the icing on the cake. Without cake (diet and training), you have no need for icing. Get those under control and in the meantime, research everything you can. I would hit up 3J in the diet forum and invest in one of his diet plans.
