Wk 8-12 Winstrol 50mg ED
Wk 11-12 Test Prop 100mg EOD


PCT 3 days after last Prop pin

clomid 100/100/50/50
nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I have extra nolva if i see ant sides.

Cool bro. Most won't post it meaning they don't know or they eat shit. Drop the winny and the two weeks of Prop. Aside from that you should be g2g bud. You seem to have a good enough grasp of what's going on. After this one run var or mast(alongside test obviously) and forget about winny for now.

Changing from test E to Prop allows me to start pct sooner. Both will be out of my system. I'll also stop the Deca at week 9 not 10. I want cut up at the end, that's why the winny. I could drop it, just not sure yet.
 
Def keep the HCG, drop the winny, that's pointless, and just keep the test e going for one week longer than the deca. The prop is pointless cause you need to wait for the deca to clear your system anyway. By running the test e one week longer than the deca, they will clear at the same time, this achieving the same result, will be able to start your pct same as with prop, with fewer pins.
 
Well here is why not use Deca. It's over rated and the gains won't be lean they will be watery with a lot of bloat. 10 -15 pounds is no reason to run a cycle. It your diet is in check and your training right with a halfway decent cycle you should be keeping 20-25. I think you need to plan a better cycle.
 
9 weeks of deca is too short of a time. I agree with a better cycle plan. U shouldn't be taking a bulk cycle if your looking to lean up.
