Anybody experience insomnia with HRT?

I tried the timed release melatonin. The problem I had was that I was still sleepy when I woke up. To wake up I had to get some coffee but even with that I would feel sleepy again in the mid day around 3 or 4pm.

But everyones different!

Bro i sometimes wake up sweating like a kid locked in michael jacksons basement!!

A few time a week ill wake up at about 2am cause im sweating.. I bearly use a cover and i got a fan running... Either case i usually always wake up cause im hot, and once im up thats it no going back to sleep for awhile for me.... I cant wait for winter so i can sleep.. By the way its in the 60's here at night but for me the house being at 68-65 is still too warm... Dont know if its from Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or what, i used to always be hot and that went away a few years ago but now its back so ill see if i can take winter this year and decide if i like it..

Whats weird is last winter for some reason (maybe from low t) i just couldnt take the cold at all.. Which for me is one thing that never bothered me cause i was always warm. But last winter and the year before i was so cold i just couldnt handle it. i hope this winter will be different!!

you may want to get new labs done and see where your estrogen levels are. Depending on your protocol, it sounds like your night sweats could be caused by lowered estrogen levels. You may have crashed your estrogen a bit?

Thanks for the help!

Lets talk about donating blood.. Every 3months is what it should be?? I never donated before so do i have to tell them im on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) when i go in?? I remember someone saying they wouldnt take their blood after they said they were on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), is that true?? Also, do you feel weak and real fatigued after donating??

I donate blood every 8 weeks, like clockwork. Never feel A SINGLE BIT different after than I did before, in terms of fatigue or anything associated with it. There is a computer profile that they set up for you and put you thru about 20 yes or no questions, and then you are good to go. There are no questions that pertain to HRT/TRT. I believe there is one question that asks something about steroid use, or illegal steroid use. My answer to that question is no. Because I do not use steroids or use them illegally. I use bio-identical hormones as a part of my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) treatment. I do not use off label products or "underground" steroids, and I do not use anything that is not FDA approved for HRT/TRT. Now this is not to say that I have personally never used or experimented with underground steroids. When I was younger, I most certainly did. I never went really "deep" into it, but I have dabbled. At the point in my life that I am at, and the level to which MAXIMUS Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) has grown, it is simply neither worth the health risk/nor the legal risk to play around in that game.

that is probably the number one symptom that has made maximus Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) so successful. It's really no bullshit. Those of you that really know me, by now, know, that i tell it like it is and i don't bullshit. I don't advise you to buy a med that you don't need, i don't advise you to do anything that could negatively affect your health, and i do advise you to bang your partner righteously!!!! It's almost funny how maximus Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) grew so quickly... Of course, there is the customer service and first hand knowledge of hrt/trt, and the fact that i have been and remain in the "trenches" with all of you, but more than that, i think its the humor that came along with "me just being me". Talking on steroidology about cocks, ball sacks, vaginal cavities, anal pillaging, facial load blowing, basically turning all you guys into pornstars. Then all of a sudden, client after client, started talking about how they are banging their mates like pornstars and before i knew it.... We were on to something!!
I realized that guys want to be made to feel comfortable about an uncomfortable topic. I turned it from "white coat" into "locker room". And people liked it. They realized that there is a solution to their problem, yet, at the same time, the guy that is helping them, is one of them! and here we all are, fellas. Now go pound some hole.... I gotta filet and baked potato to scarf down!!!
