Trying to tweak my carb cycling diet for lean bulk. Running 3 low days followed by a refeed day. On low days whats better to have low carbs or lower fats to be more effective? Protein will be higher on lower days then refeed days? Just trying to find the right maco combo! I read somewhere thats its also good to have fats higher on low days to crave hunger and lower on refeed days because the high carb intake.
