Anyone else experience a less effective last injection from a vial?

I just ran out of my first 10 ml vial and the last injection was as if it was not effective. For the first time since I started TRT 9 weeks ago I feel the same fatigue symptoms. Could it be that the last injection did not contain any active ingredient as it was the final 0,5 ml of the vial?

Actually, I have heard several guys complain of the opposite. That the last injection coming out of a vial is more concentrated -- dosed stronger. If this is true your symptoms could be due to a spike in estradiol.

That could be an option, but my blood results from 3 weeks ago showed my estradiol at 29 pg/ml. The lab range being 16 to 54 for men.

Was that blood work tied to your injection of the last dose coming from your vial?

Same vial, but not the last injection. The 4th last on the day that I had to inject again, that was the day I got the injection.

I put the last injection of the vial 3 days ago and have been feeling fatigue yesterday and today.

So that blood work result doesn't apply to your theory (or mine). It was taken before you used the last dose in the vial.

I can never get the last bit out. Thankfully my insurance allows for 30%loss and will approve my refill at 40 days instead of the 50+ it would be if they didn't.

I wish there was a home kit where you could take a blood test. Perhaps in a year or 3 we can use our smartphones attached to some $100 device to take blood tests.
