Anyone have any suggestions on my low test?

I recently went to the doctor, got blood work done, and he said I had low test for my age. I told him I had ED so I could get my test levels check . Was curious anyways. I want to get on TRT.........my total test was 520 or something close, and my free test was 7.1' he said the ranges were 348-1100' and 9-26 on the free test. But he won't prescribe..... What can I do? Is there any way you can do TRT via mail, and get scrips in the mail by sending your levels , ect.......... Please help!

520 is a healthy TT level. I would not go on TRT if my natty T was at 520. And I can't imagine many doctors would put you on TRT as you are not hypogonadal.

I wouldn't get worried about it. But if you want to dig into it you will need more labs.

You also didn't mention if you had any low T symptoms.

And the symptoms I have are low energy, depression, anxiety, ED at times............ I have been through chemo therapy , and have pulmonary fibrosis ( scar tissue of lung ) which can lead to hypogonadism later in life, all that happened about 6 years ago. I've done a few cycles, used proper pct on all of them, and my levels are not what I feel they should be.

What were your pre-cycle hormone levels? How much lower are your levels now?

Not sure about pre cycle levels, only got blood work done recently because I noticed I am having symptoms of low T

vitamin D3 and getting your estrogen down will boost Free T.
