It would be my first cycle
My goal is just to improve my cardio and strength, and possibly lose some extra fat not trying to get super huge or nothing like that
I work out everyday doing cardio and just started doing weight lifting, not trying to get shortcuts to get in better shape just trying to see recommendations how to start a cycle and I do research on my own but Google can do so much.
