Anyone try Intermittent Fasting on cycle?

A friend of mine does it. It's more of a convenience thing than anything in his opinion. He stays fairly lean even though he used to be fat and tends to put on more fat when he bulks. He always raves about it though so I'd give it a shot if you're interested.

I am. Eating 4500 calories in a 8 hr window.
I tried going back to a more traditional diet for this bulk while on cycle but I'm just too used to eating this way.

Oh god, Not this intermittent fasting faggotry again... Why the fuck would anyone want to be hungry all day?

I attempted it for two months, but it was very hard not to cheat the eating window because of social events, birthdays and holidays. But if you have the discipline and can find a certain time window where you will be free and able to eat a lot of calories in a few hours then I would say give it a try. It does make your body feel a lot more energized in the gym and on cardio I noticed. I was able to burn fat like a champ when I ran while fasting.

You don't know what the fuck your talking about. I'm way less hungry on IF. I eat between 1:00-9:00. I go to bed feeling full. I have way more energy through the morning. I like a couple big meals a day as opposed to a bunch of small meals that wouldn't satisfy a 12 year old girl

Dumb. IF is a retarded fad. It can't achieve any better results than eating on a regular schedule. All IF does is make you look retarded with no extra success

If IM really worked so well, why aren't the top pros using it? When you go for long periods without nutrients, your body goes catabolic as well as your metabolism slowing down. Oh, did I mention going without eating for that long with make you have low blood sugar which is also catabolic? I hope I don't need myself to explain further...
