Does anyone have any opinions on it?

I ran out of Pasma Vol (Creatine) so I bought a box of 12 for $18.00 they taste pretty good (cookies and cream).

Creatine Mono 5G.
Taurine 500 mg
L-Glutamine 250mg

Protein 23g
Carbs 51g

Have you tried it?

I don't know of any protein bar that's actually good. Why not just use the powder?

Yeah its cheaper and would last alot longer.

Like I said, I just run out of my supply, this was the only way for me to get it locally, while waiting for shipping of my order.

Has anybody tried it, or is this an unknown brand?

By the way, Plasma Vol Peach flavor makes gag.

I whish there was a gentler product to take.

All you could find in the store was creatine bars? Thats like the last thing you would see.
