What have you tried that made you too jittery? ECA is great if you can handle it.
 
Fibre
Lots of water

Everything I would use (ephedra, green tea, caffeine) makes you jittery.
 
This again goes back to food and leaving you full. A lot of it is in the head also, after about 2 weeks or so you will notice that it goes away and you feel fine.
