AR-R and RUI Products same company? Different URLs?

Are AR-R (ar-r.com/) AND RUI-Products (rui-products.com/) the same company? Was looking to buy stuff when I chanced upon 2 different URLs...

yes, ar-r is an affiliate site...
one is specific to a forum. RUI is on a couple.
They are both GTG, no worries.
when I noticed that years ago I was like "WTF they are stealing that logo!" turned out i made a fuss for nothing on that, to them hahaha.
