Are there any proven ways to build body muscles?

It is so irritating to wait for a long time to build up your body muscles. I have really tried a lot and even very hard but have been unsuccessful to build my muscles. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to develop body muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.
 
Dedication, diet, routine.

Post your diet and all your stats, lifting info etc. that way everyone can help you.

I know this sounds gay but, rome wasn't built in a day.
 
eat big, lift big and make sure you get rest

1. Need to have structure
2. Need dedication
3. Lift to how you want to perform or what results you want
4. Eat properly
5. Make sure get enough water
6. GET REST ... you grow when you rest not when you lift
7. Did I mention dedication
8. Oh ya and before I forget, dedication
 
I can understand you; it really becomes irritable not to get the perfect body build up even after doing a lot of work out for it.
