If I am doing .5mg of Arimidex and wanted to switch to Aromisin, what would be the amount of Aromisin to do?

Yeah sorry I had to edit. So if I was taking .5 mg of Amdx twice a week, the equiv of Aromasin wound be 12.5 mg twice a week?

No, aromasin has a much shorter half life so daily dosing is optimal, really you should take the other one Ed or EOD as well

so dex dosing starts at .25 and goes up, you're using .5 every three day. even though it does not have a half life long enough to cover that. same with Aromasin you can start at 6.25 and go up, if you're going eod 12.5 is a good amount. 25mg is a full dose
