arm-wrestling

basically all the strength comes from the entire arm and shoulders. I believe that the rotator cuff plays a role in it as well.
 
its actually your shoulders. my manager at work can destroy me in arm wrestling, because he has proper form... he pushes with his shoulder. im 6'3" 263 lbs. hes 6' 175 lbs. my forearms are the size of his calves, i have very strong forearms , but yet i still lose to him.. because he can push his shoulder harder than i can pull with my forearm... its all in the form for arm wrestling...
