I have a question about the armidex/dbol, does it tighten you up like anavar.Or simply just keep your bloat down from the d-bol?

I never used d-bol so i think that dose is sufficent.

Yeah, that dose is sufficient. Basically, I like to keep my D-bol at 20-30 mg's. I've tried it higher, but then the negative sides of blood pressure seem to become much more of a problem.

It would be intelligent to have Nolvadex on hand just in case.

Arimidex would only be needed if water retention is a problem. That is something that you have to find out on your own...for everyone responds differently. You don't need Proviron for D-bol only.
