In the contest prep section of his Encyclopedia, there's a pic of him backstage with Franco at the 1982 Olympia and he's all dressed up in a sportcoat, but you can still see he is one skinny motherfucker!

Here's one, it's not from the book, but he is pretty skinny here. This is in the 80s.
ouch is that even him. he looks pretty old. he was bigger when he was 15.
ive never seen arnold fat/bloated. he just ate right all the time. none of this stuffing for bulk, he didnt believe in these low carb quick diet fixes. so he would diet pretty much year round by eating at maintenance, or just a little above. if you ever read his book, he really says its unhealthy to low carb and shit.

I'm agree to say he WAS a good bodybuilder, but now he's old and when you are old you take wrinkle and fat in the stomach, it's standard. Arnold is a man like other.
