Arnold knows his shit! But its not for everyone. All you can do is try it for a couple of months and see if it works for you. I started out with his routine and just rolled it to one that worked for me.
I plan on trying it, he talks about hitting each muscle from every angle. Would i do that every workout or since it's every muscle twice a week maybe hit it a different way the second time around. Like first time of week for chest do flat bench and incline dumbell then next hit flat dumbells and decline bench.
Yes the second time you hit that body part try to do all lifts that are different than the ones you did the first time you hit that body part.like if you did chest on Monday try to do all barbell... and the next time you do chest try to do all dumbbell and or cables.
I imagine I'am Arnold and just do the same routine like him, lol,just be determind on his routine and eat the right amount of cal, and u'll be fine bro,. = - )
