aromasin or adex during cycle?

They will both get the job done, most experienced guys prefer aromasin. My preference is letrozole(at a reasonable dose 0.5mg eod ish depending on cycle)

Aromasin has other benefits not available in other AIs , lower SHBG, increase free T, no rebound

that would be dose dependant how much aromatizing compounds you're using, half life in men is just over 8 hours

common starting points are 6.25 to 12.5 mg daily

with prop you will see daily spikes, start at 12.5 , as always blood testing is your best method for dialing it in
