Aromsin sides - switch to Adex dosage?

So I think I'm experiencing a few side effects from my aromasin
-fluid retention in legs
-fluid retention causing sore joints/tendons

Might switch to Alex but not sure on dosage? Currently taking 12.5ed of aromasin.

oh one more who have sides with aromasin, I also have problems with skin 2 weeks ago, arm was swelling now itchy skin with red bumps.
I was advised 0.25 adex EOD

Yeh iv got skin issues as well but my diet hasn't been the best so don't want to totally blame the aromasin... Only issue is it reads up as a better AI and I know my dosage well... Not sure how I'll respond to aromasin dosage wise...

The swelling is a bit weird as its in ankles and love handles also? Not in hands

Okay thanks would that be a similar dosage to 12.5 ed aromasin?

I'm pretty sure it's the aromasin causing lower leg swelling so will be interesting to see.

Iv seen a lot take 0.25eod?

You can try more if you like. I gave you what I thought would be an equivt dosage as you requested. I based it on my personal experience and knowledge. YMMV.
