you gotta get the whole muscltech line for about 350 bucks.. it will only work if you get the whole line, or else your just wasting your time. or get some dbols dont worry do 100mg a day no need for nolvadex or arimidex just do it.
ok mate if you are serious about putting on muscle, lets first assume you are doing it naturally dont waste another cent on MUSCLETECH (esp cell tech sugary bullshit) or caffeine based pre workout supplements!
muscletech is over priced garbage and caffeine is counter productive in putting on mass!
for pre workout find yourself something that has;
arginine ethyl esther
tri creatine malate or ethyl esther
citrulline malate
taurine
magnesium
STRICTLY NO CAFFEINE
get a quality 50/50 wpc/wpi for your morning and afternoon shakes,
and a night time formula for before bed
find yourself a good amino acid supplement to consume whilst training
use a glutamine and creatine ethyl esther for post workout take it with some cranberry juice or equiv. for the insulin spike.
eat every 3 hours high protein meals chicken/fish/eggs/steak
multi vitamin high in b groups (not supermarket variety)
additional vitamin c
Zinc/magnesium/b6 (ZMA) capsules
be persistant and disciplined, results will come.
also note if you are a hard gainer or find it difficult to put on weight add 10-15ml of MCT oil to your morning and/or afternoon shake.
