time.... thats the only real way to get where you want to be assuming that you're not going to use steroids...

you didn't specify your age or training experience, so it's hard to give you a good idea as to how attainable those goals are...

and why not start out with some more attainable short term goals... 190lbs, 250lbs for reps, and a 350lbs Squat

Great point!! It takes years.. not months or weeks, but years to attain real solid keepable gains and/or improvement. Even w/gear you need to think years if you want real and permenant results.
