50mg isnt really that much. try to start off with 50mg for the first wk and then u can increase the following wks. if ure going to split, split so u can take 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the evening.

test after sex? good question, if i were to guess i'd say yes. but i'm guessing without concrete knowledge about it. maybe someone else can chime in.

I am going to do 500mg enanthate for 10 weeks, and am going to cut during. My goal would be to lose 15-20 pounds (of fat) and maintain/gain strength. How much cardio should I do? ill be eating low carb probably, not sure how much I should eat, maintenance or below maintenance?

I was thinking doing cardio when I get up on non training days and cardio after my training sessions.

Also, after a good cutting cycle should I expect some kind of fat gain rebound? If so how can I counter it? If cardio post cycle is a bad idea, how should I keep myself from gaining bodyfat post cycle?

Dude - I got the SAME problem - even started a post on it. I took a bunch of AI's to the point estrogen got so low and my joints hurt. Nothing works - tried everything - my face is still puffy - even on only 250/week - but my body rocks so fuck it.

On another note - Scarz, I only know you from posts but you seem a genuinely nice decent dude who gives shit - kinda refreshing.

I am 6' 240 pounds bodyfat is probably 18-20%

so my goal would be roughly 225 pounds 10-12% bodyfat

Last time I cut i could see my abs @ 205-210. Inbetween I did one cycle, + ive been a good bit of strength so this is adding together logically (i probably gained 10-15 pounds of lbm since then) so going from 240 to 225 is doable I think
 
Can u explain to me about my post...

I'm jump staring with prop so if in doing 150 mg eod and do what u say the consitent dose which would be 750 that's like 1350 mgs of test. Right now I'm just running test e at 400mgs a week with prop at about 600mgs that's a 1000...or is that wrong since the enthate won't kick in till week 5-6 and I'll be done with the prop in week 4...

so this is my question.
I am currently bulking but I was thinking about a summer cutting cycle, so I always hear during cutting anything more than 2 lbs per week will result in muscle loss. but what if you are running pro, Winstrol (winny), anavar and eating like 2000 calories and you start losing more weight than 2lbs a week, would it be safe to assume your not losing muscles considering anabolics have a anti-catabolic effect?

Hey Guys... Quick Questions!

My Background:
I'm starting to come near the end of my first cycle. 1-10 weeks on Test P.... I'm just starting week 8. Gains are good, and my strength is through unbeleivable. I've been a marathon runner for the past 7 years now. These last two years I've been looking for that change, and wanted to bulk up a bit. I'm 6'0, and depending on the season, I weigh between 190 and 205. Right now (on cycle, first cycle) I'm weighing 220. I started to notice a deterioration in my cardio on this Test P cycle. I usually (when not cycling) run 5K a day during the weekdays, and cross country ski roughly 18- 25K on the weekends... This past week I started using some Clen (GP), to try help out with the Cardio a bit... its works like a charm. Stuff is potent.

I notice two things, I need to know if it's normal:

1. While on the TEST P, I'm a horny motherfucker! If you say the word "sex' or something that may sound like it, I'm hard and want to fuck. Girlfriend is loving it... as well as me... BUT i wanna know if its normal? I heard some guys saying the opposite!

2. Since I started to take the Clen (GP)... I getting bad muscle cramps and knots in my legs... even during the night while I'm sleeping, I wake up to a fucking painful muscle cramp that usually takes a few minutes to ease out of... only my legs. I was starting to think it may be either over doing it during the workouts, or some dehydration from the Clen? Or both! I drink water like I breath air! Any suggestions? Please dont say... stop taking the Clen, cause I'm loving this shit!

And Sorry, my dosages are:
TEST P- 125 mg EOD
CLEN- 20mcg Day 1-2
40mcg Day 3,4,5
80mcg Day 6-14

With the Clen I was trying to test my tolerance, I'm at Day 9 now!
 
What should I take to increase my weight and my baseball ability ????? I got some T400 ... is it good to take a t400 cycle to bulk and after a winstrol cycle ??? or just the t400 will do the job ???
 
my father is about 400 pounds long story short he got put on a SHIT load of prednisone and he put on about 100+ pounds.... my question was what besides dite and cardio ( tryed many times with out much to show for it) was wondering if any thing like clen would help. i know he should wait to do a real cycle with test and every thing just try to see what could help him.. ty sorry if this sounds dumb
