Aspirating...

...do you guys do it? I did the first few times but lately ive just been saying fuck it so I haven't aspirated about the last 5 injections and this last time was the first time I ever had blood (alot of blood) SHOOT way the fuck out so i guess i hit a blood vessel or some shit and am pretty sure I may have lost quite a bit of solution, no way to tell tho so I'm just waiting till tomorrow to do it again.

It seems like when I put the needle in and go to aspirate it feels hard to pull back on the syringe, like its stuck and im afraid to give it a little stronger pull because im concerned its going to come "un-stuck" and im going to pull back to much, i dont wanna suck some shit up in the needle, lol, is this even a legitimate concern?

i know u are "supposed" to, but i never have. i pin in the glutes and it is hard enough for me to reach around there and pin. much less aspirate

you wont suck nuthan up the needle lol ya you just hit a vein on the way out, agree with fraz hard to asp when i do glutes unless someone does it for me

well its your body your taking a chance with, so it's up to you. Personally I only do my glutes and I aspirate every time. It's not the easiest but just a quick pull to make sure no blood and your g2g.

after mondays accident i think i'll start doing it again...

how much do u pull back tho and u dont find it a little hard to get the syringe pulling back? im probably just bein a pussy on that part, LOL

dont worry bout how much you pul back the gap of air is pulling from inside you it willnot hurt you just a lil pull will do ya

happens to me too...sometimes it needs a extra pull to un-stick. nothing to worry there, for me it becomes smooth once it un-sticks.

If you are in a vein, it probably won't be hard to pull at all. That happened to me twice on my first cycle. Usually I had to pull pretty hard to see that bubble, but the two times I was in a vein, I saw blood almost immediately. I'm guessing that the fact that it's hard to pull is a pretty good indication that you are g2g.

Better safe then sorry

words to live by lol. A buddy of mine didnt aspirate one time because he was in a hurry. Ended up getting a blood vessel. He was lucky but he did have some serious shortness of breath. In high sight he probably should have gone to an urgent care and looked at but it turned out ok.
