Totally agree. Here in Europe, it's rarely done. It's a barbaric tradition.

I wouldn't be surprised if circumcision is actually more common in the sound. Let's back up. The US, all over, circumsizes most boys. The rest of the world does not.

The foreskin disappears when partial foreskin men get hard, so women probably don't tend to pick up on the difference, here.
