Auto Immune issues - post shot headache?

I have auto immune disease. I've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 2 years. The last several weeks I have developed a headach after my weekly injection. It lasts several hours. From trial and error I suspected the headache is related to my shot.

Anyone have experience with this? Is it the cotttonseed oil?

Any suggestions? Ideas?

No. I'm on the Paddock Cyp. I'm current script gives me the 1 ML tiny bottle. Perhaps it's a different batch of cotton seed oil.

I just wanted to see if anyone here had auto immune issues and raised a red flag on this. I may just inject before I go to sleep next week and sleep through it.
