Avoiding the rebound

The Degrees of Motion
So I've put myself on a diet since March 1st, and since then I have lost 12 pounds. I'd post my whole diet but really take too much time. High protein, 150 carbs, low fats. And the big one for me, NO ALCOHOL. Hiit, not lost much muscle really - can easily make it back.

At this rate I will lose my goal which is 20 pounds by months end.

Now my question is this:

1. Am I right in saying to combat any form of rebound, I take my new TDEE, and stick to it carefully for April? Generally is their a window where the rebound is most likely to take effect?

2. After taking my TDEE, what is the best marco split between protein/carbs/fats? 40/40/20?

I am going to eat what I want to eat and get hammered a few times starting in April (cant wait) a pound for getting pissed is worth it.

Thanks for any help

Incidentally, for any newbies I'm 42yrs old, and you dont need clen or T3 to help. Just good old natural eating right and hiit cardio, but probably not to lose as much as this, this fast too hehe
