Axio Decca/Test E Legit?

I thought axio went down a couple of years ago. Those look nothing like the axio stuff I use to get. Not to say the gear inside isn't good.

The expiration dates are coming up as you can see and I got it from a reliable source locally, but I agree the labels look nothing like Ive seen of the "older" stuff.
