Baby on the way not sure what to do

I always wondered why some people felt guilty going to the gym to exercise as if they're neglecting their child taking an hour to themselves a day; remember if you stay healthy that leaves you more time with your child.
 
I chose to buy a power rack, barbell, 400lbs of weight, bench, kilo bands, 30-70lb DBs. I collected it over a year or so. It has been awesome for me. I keep my gym membership, but only use it 3x per week. I do 3 major and 4 minor workouts per week. If you keep your eye out for good deals, your own supplemental gym is a god-send.
 
Congrats! get a bowflex or a machine so its easier to access and hit it up while not busy.
Or if no money do pushups , pullups ($20 for bar), dips (with chairs) and deep lunges
Yeah, u can find a blowflex on Craigs list pretty cheap now days.
 
when i had my first child i use to tell.my wife i getnout of eork at 645 when i reality i grt out st 550 sometimes 6.. n thr gym is across the street do that gave me a half hr workout each day for.maintenece.. so.i did curicuit training and supersets no breaks so i can destroy my muscles.. but then i found.out this new solution after 2 months.. this new thing

its called "TDTO" take the damn tampon out.. wake up 2 hrs earlier or tell her that u will not sacrifixe ur gym.time.. even if.its only 4 days a week for an hr.. or u do 2hr sessions on.ur days off.. for.me.i said listenn bodybuilding is a secondary career n i fitness model.i pay the bills n everything i refuse to leave the gym.. ur a stay at home.mom.and primary care taker that is ur job vs me n my job so unless u want me to stay home u bring in 130k a year to match my salary i will.continue to workout... the outcome i got.punched in the face but the next day she thought about it n that was that!!! ur the man of the house.. as men we have testoerone whether its natural or not.. we have a need to be physical if not we lose our damn.minds.. so go to the gym dnt let her tell u otherwise but dnt lose.out.man!! yeah first 3 wks do at home stuff but after that take the.leash of the beast!!
 
As others said try and work it out, make sacrifices elsewhere. Free weights can be had fairly cheap used nowadays. Don't need anything fancy a bar plates and a bench. Bam you got bench press, deadlift, hack squats, ohp, curls, tri ext, straight leg deads, barbell rows add in a doorway chin bar and you can do chins and leg raises.

If not possible calisthenics is your best bet. Chins dips pushups pistol squats. Get creative and add weight with a backpack full of stuff.
