Ok so back in the game. I had nerve damange start about a year ago in my arm so had surgery and was unable to work out. Prior to this I I was 210 9%bf and diet was super clean and looked good. Now I look squishy..

I am 38, 199lbs and no clue about my bf. Being out of the gym for months has killed me. I have started back up and diet is back in check. Its been a while since I have done a cycle last time i was trying to do some stage work. Then got injured. So my current plan is this. And i had this stuff from a cycle i was going to run before my injury.

Goal is to stay lean and pack on some good hard lean mass.

So Will keep this as up to date as I can Looking for any input. I cant lift super heavy and limited to machines. I can't use dumbells yet but can lift on a bench with a straight bar.

Let me know your thoughts

You plan on running this? If you are not able to lift at your full potential you need to not use the Acetate. The cyp and winstrol don't seem like a bad idea, but the trenbolone is too much if you are not lifting as hard as you can. You look good though, glad you are recovering, I look forward to seeing you progress.

Thanks MuscleMind... I have Deca as well but didnt want a lot of bloat so was going to run the tren. i can go heave with some exercises just not as heavy as I used to go
