Hello all. its been a while since any gym has seen my white ass. i was hit by a bus two and ahalf years ago and suffered some injuries. long story short im much weaker and have some shoulder damage (nerve) im finally back into the gym. doing tons of cardio and light weights for the past month just to burn the fat and reming myself what its like to train.
im looking for a new strategy however. im not trying to build bulk or be as big as i was. really cant at this point. just wondering if anyone has some good tips to get really lean and cut while slowly getting stronger... if that makes sense. pretty much feel like a rookie again. any help is always greaty appreciated.
