Back/Lats

My back/Lats get sore but not to the point where it hurts to do anything. I was reading a magazine 2 days ago and one of the pro's were talking about their favorite back exercise and they showed him doing it.

Its called a decline dumbbell pullover. Lying on a decline bench, dumbbell over your head lower to the ground behind you then up again keeping the arms straight. Well i decided to give it a shot and holy fuck im sore today. It really isolates the lats. Very similar to the straight arm pulldown except your back is pinned against the bench so your very stable and able to keep very good form.

Definitely will be part of my normal back routine now.

that dumbell pull over is a good exercises but it does'nt just isolate the lats
it works the pecs aswell

lats= primary muscle
pecs= secondary muscle

when i do this excercise, i bring the weight back up so its hanging over my chin ( this is gonna hurt if it drops HOLY SHIT lol) i do a crunch, only so my shoulders cum up off the bench give that a try.... peace
