back routine

Varies depending on my goals...

A selection of the following: DL's, t-bar rows, chest-supported rows, pulldown's, DB rows, BB rows, hyper's....
 
some sort of pull-ups (wide or narrow grip, overhand or suspinated) after DL or SLDL on leg day. Some sort of row on bench day. That's it.
 
My last back workout was as follows:

Rack Pulls - 4 work sets - 2-4 reps
Parallel Grip Pulldowns - 3 sets - 4-6 reps
Bent Over Rows - 3 sets - 2-5 reps

That's pretty typical.
 
tonight:

pullups- 4 x 6 (i'm 280 lbs, so this is a fairly intense exercise for me)
one-arm DB rows - 3 x 10 w/ 125 lb DB
pulldowns - 2 x 10
face pulls - 2 x 15

i had to leave for work, or i would have finished with 3 sets of shrugs. also, i have a terrible low back, or i'd definitely be doing pulls of some sort.
