Yea i needed a change so im lifting the heavy weight now , reps of 8-4-10 or so, its been going quite well so far , my gains are solid and my strength is thro the roof , ill eventually change back to the high reps after 1 year of this HIt training.spud--1 said:vander i though u normally did high reps with not so much weight or have u changed that now?
