chins
BB rows
Dbell rows
Hammer rows
chest rows
t-bar rows
thats a lot of rowing lol..deads of course..add soem of the exercises mentioned and you will have a pretty solid back routine
i would go with pullups and if you can some wieghted pull ups. Throw in some closegrip pullups after that and a little bit of heavy t-bar rows. Hope it helps
Yeah the thickness i dont have any problem with but i need more width.
I was thinking of (dont have the complete scheduel yet)
Deadlifts 2sets 4-6reps
Wide grip lat pulldowns (little past shoulder width grip) 3sets 4-6reps
Chins 2sets 8-10reps (weighted)
Then im blank again, thinking of doing maybe 3sets of deads.
In-Human , Hammer Pulldowns... dont know that one at all? Have a pic or something for me?
