Hey guys I'm currently running my second cycle and am getting really bad acne on my back and shoulders. I was thinking of getting proactive bc it is getting bad-What do you guys recommend?

Isotronin or accutane. (same thing)

20 - 40 mgs a day for 3 maybe 4 months. It comes with sides that affect the liver etc. google it and make sure you know what you're getting yourself into before you do it.

cleared about 80 percent of mine in less than a week- seriously. Take liver aid.

Accutane causes some other serious health issues, Inflammatory bowel disease, Hyperostosis, Keloid, Keratoconjunctivitis sicca, Xeroderma, and was pulled with many laws suits still pending. I would try the proactive may not be as effective but should help without all the risk.

just get some medicated soap or body wash from your dermatologist. avoid orals like accutane etc

i just take some otc body wash and use a loufa and scrub well when i shower. do it twice a day, it works for me

Guys look for ZINPLEX it helps and is a natural zinc mineral don't know if you guys get it in the states though. This also clears acne and is not harmful like accutane or roaccutane

small spray bottle from the dollar store...some witch hazel/rubbing alcohol/tea tree oil.... mix into spray bottle...spray your back,.

5g Vitamin B5 a day helps cut down oil production. Or try Acnetame from NTBM. It has B5 in it as well as a bunch of other good stuff. I find that just washing with regular soap rather than using cleasing pads constantly does me better. Less irritation to the skin.

I went accutane route. Shit is a miracle. But make sure you know what your getting into. It can have some sides.

hey Shithead, could you elaborate on your ingredients and the dosage for bacne relief, Im having some issues with it presently and Id go try to find these items tomorrow, Im good with the rubbing alcool but where do you find the others??

Thanks alot

Does B5 really reduce sebum oil? I think I might have to try that. Although I must say I'm very skeptical of it actually working. Are there any studies to back that up?

Try Minocycline. Very mild compared to Accutane. Doc or dermatologist can prescribe and only costs about $5 bucks a monthvia insurance.
