Bad to Eat at Night?

What If I stick with high protein meals like egg w salt and some lean pork etc? I get out of the gym late right before bed so I have to eat but will it hurt me in the long run? or should I just make a giant p-shake w/water?

Btw...kinda trying to lose some bf here too so im not bulkin or anything.
 
nothing wrong with eating at night. most people dont eat a lot of carbs at night, but this doesnt apply if you workout at night.
 
if u get your training in and the right amount of cals, protein etc and it doesn't make too much difference what time u consume em.

Yes eating a carb rich meal last thing may be a no no though if your looking to drop some bf.
 
WoW always thought eating anything at night is bad. Thats great I have been having 8 eggwhites and some lean pork chopped w/em every night after workout and its freaking great since I used to starve! lol... no carbs for me night or day I try to stay away as much as I can but sometimes I get headaches and feel like shit if I don't consume some.
 
I usually have a pretty big meal before bed...something that takes long to digest while I sleep. I am bulking though, and wouldn't recommend it for cutting up. If your trying to lean out, stick to a non-fatty protein source before bed. If your trying to gain, eat away imo.

id have a minimum of 50-100g carbs on typical days.
 
if you are trying to lose BF, i would suggest you cut off all carbs except green leafy veggies after 6PM or so, but protein is good up to bedtime. This works best for me...and of course no shit food, sodas, keep salt down, sugars etc.
