Balanced Shake

Just finished making a shake that is damn good and thought to share it with everyone.

It contains some Omega-3's, fiber, protein (2 types/sorces), 2 servings of fruit, one serving of milk, and some fiber (did I mention that cuz it has it), plus its good for you.

1/4 cup blackberries (if seeds get to you sub in blueberries)
1/3-1/2 cup strawberries
1 scoop natural isopure chocolate
1 scoop soy protein base mix
2 tablespoons splenda
2 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed
3 tablespoons oatmeal
3 tablespoons bran fiber
1 cup ice

Blend for 5 minutes and enjoy. The longer this sits the thicker it gets due to the oatmeal and bran fiber. Feels like you are eating something of substance which satiates you.
 
These information about balance shake given by you is really nice, well I think that, balanced shake that has a great mix of protein and carbs, perfect for those who love smoothies but want to make sure not to consume too many calories.
