Daily intake is very low-
6-8 ounces of baked chicken,
About 16-24oz of vegetables,
and lots of liquids. Water/Arizona Tea.
Don't know what that is calorie wise and can't really elaborate,
thats my basic daily intake - i do 30-45 minutes of jogging daily in the afternoon.
Workouts other than cardio are curls 35lb each arm.
I've been really just maintaining body weight these last few years and can't lower it,
or "get my bodyfat down" is a better way of saying it, my bodyfat is moderate and definitely above 20%,
possibly under 35%, Posting on forums cause i guess dieting by eating what i have is just not working at all.
Let me know if you can provide a meal plan or something, e-trainer is basically what im looking for...
Can't fax anything or print (on a laptop) But don't worry about parental consent, if you need to talk to them,
then thats later.. Anyways let me know what/anything i can do.
