Sounds like it was ok cycle-if letro is all you have-you could take it at .6 mg e3d

I wouldn't take it long if your last day is tomorrow-maybe a week.

And yes that nipple sensitivity is the beginning stage of gyno

Letro is strong so don't take more than that-and I would only take it if my nips were hurtin or swelling noticeably-otherwise u will run the risk of lowering ur estro too much.

when did you stop the orals?

you need to start post cycle therapy (pct) right after you stop PH oral.

post cycle therapy (pct) is

20/20/10/10 nolva

start letro now-if your nips are real sensitive-run letro for a week-as long as symptoms subside-discontinue. keep an eye on your nips til post cycle therapy (pct) is finished. you can also use the forged post cycle along with the nolva.

does this PH you were taking having effects similar to tren?

you could prob even wait a couple days after you stop PH to start nolva and forged post cycle.

if gyno flares back up post cycle-use letro again until symptoms subside

Yea then I would add a lil nolva to stimulate LH and FSH.

If for some reason the gyno gets worse while on nolva-then discontinue nolva

The nolva alone may cure the gyno problem-i would say just run the nolva and forged like I said above-and hold on to the letro for 1 of 2 reasons

If nolva makes gyno wosre-use letro

If gyno gets worse after post cycle therapy (pct) from estro rebound-use letro
