do u guys think if im on gear and i wana drink like 2 or 3 beers a week when i go out its bad for me and its not even every week i wana have a beer like every 2 weeks or so lets say every week 2 or 3 beers would that be ok or no
i dont drink that much no more i used to drink a lot of vodka but now i quit smokeing and drinking just so i can replace it with gear but i just wana have a couple beers man thats all hope it wont effect my gear
moderation is the key. Dont do it too much if your on orals. Also I try to plan my occasional fun night so I know I have the next day off at the gym tomoro. This way I dont miss or fuck up what could have been a good workout. When your on gear especiall, every workout counts.
Ive went out and drank a few times since I have been on my cycle. Never had a problem.
I think its more of a mental thing then anything, a kind of all or none while training.
someone famous once said the folowing - "when you grow up, you have to drink beer" then proceeded to smoke a joint and eat a cake celebrating the hulks birthday.............
