I think colostrum powder works well and its great for immunity.My pwo shake is as followed....50 grams protein - 75 grams mal/carb powder - 1 scoop cell-mass - 5 grams glutamine - 1 scoop colostrum powder - 12 ounces cranberry juice. I mix 5 servings in a large pot over the stove so a everything absorbs properely,then I throw it in the fridge.I'll bring a serving to the gym and throw it in the fridge at my club and after I get done with my last set I pop the top and drink slowely. I've always had great results with this.
