EAT! i remember when i was 147lbs. went to the gym, had crap diet, no supps just food. got to 150-155ish.then i went from 150lbs to 170lbs with only 2lb whey supplement, and lots of food.. no pre workouts back then hell i could lift! even with poor genetics, i sucked it in and pumped on the iron! then from 170lbs i shot all the way to 205lbs! this time with more protein, a preworkout, food and a badass program! as simple as that, no creatine, no amino acids, no bcaas no gulatmine etc etc, just simple whey, and a good pre + dorian yates B&G training and that was it! took me 3-4 months to gain that much weight.
5 veg and 2 meat isn't going to cut it!
i have a friend who's 150lbs
he eats ~100g protein 120 at most alot of carbs, and all the other junk
does band exercises and self proclaims that he's growing muscles.. really??
i tried to introduce him into eating right, eating more protein, and goin to the gym
but he's stuck on doing it his way. PRIDE
PRIDE will get the better of you.
EAT and listen to those who pushed above and beyond all boundaries just to get there.
