Beginner in need of some advice

if this is a joke , its not funny .

2 meats a day , are you kidding me . you need a heavy cycle of GROCERIES , not steroids . steroids are USELESS without calories AND protein and your eating like a old lady.

I read that I needed to consume 3500 calories and 170gr of protein whilst on the Di-Bol cycle. I have the diet plan drawn up already. Im a chef so its difficult for me to eat regularly..

And if you do have a diet plan written out with 3500 cals. Start with trying to get into a routine of eating like that for at least 6 months consistently and start lifting more regularly. Steroids are'nt magic muscle pills. If your diet/training sucks...it will still suck on steroids.

Ok. Thanks for your advice.. a quick question though.. I bought some MuscleTech Mass-Tech which is 1000 calories and 70gr of Protein in 1 shake. Is it better to make up the calories with actual food or to substitute with this shake?

always better to eat food shake are just to supplement your food, best imedietly after your workout if its whey protein.

and seriously ur a chef make an extra peice of chicken here and there and chomp on it while your working...simple as that
 
5ft 10" and 147.. Is that bad? I eat enough. 5 veg and 2 meats a day. I'm lean and defined I just wanna bulk up. Don't be funny with me.. I just want some good advice. If I have to inject then ok, but Im shit scared of needles! haha! If someone can just tell me a good starting off cycle I would appreciate it a lot! Thanks. Sam

train more than twice a week

learn what you need to eat.

sped your time in the diet and training section.

come have a look over here when your 180-190lbs
 
EAT! i remember when i was 147lbs. went to the gym, had crap diet, no supps just food. got to 150-155ish.then i went from 150lbs to 170lbs with only 2lb whey supplement, and lots of food.. no pre workouts back then hell i could lift! even with poor genetics, i sucked it in and pumped on the iron! then from 170lbs i shot all the way to 205lbs! this time with more protein, a preworkout, food and a badass program! as simple as that, no creatine, no amino acids, no bcaas no gulatmine etc etc, just simple whey, and a good pre + dorian yates B&G training and that was it! took me 3-4 months to gain that much weight.

5 veg and 2 meat isn't going to cut it!

i have a friend who's 150lbs
he eats ~100g protein 120 at most alot of carbs, and all the other junk
does band exercises and self proclaims that he's growing muscles.. really??

i tried to introduce him into eating right, eating more protein, and goin to the gym
but he's stuck on doing it his way. PRIDE

PRIDE will get the better of you.
EAT and listen to those who pushed above and beyond all boundaries just to get there.
