Beginner want to use steroids, some advice appreciated...

Hi,

I have never used steroids before but I have read through some forums now about it and would like to try. I was wondering if there was any member here with experience who could make a plan for me, as I guess it's better to have someone who can guide me through the process. I could pay for it as I would like to do it safely.

I'm a skinny guy, and I have tried a lot of things but weight gain is difficult for me and quite slow, so I gave up after a while that's why I would like to try to do it with steroids.

Right now I'm 190 cm and weight 60 kg

So I would like to know what kind of steroid I should use, and how much, and when etc. I'm in a country where it's legal to use steroids so I think they have most brands available.

Welcome to the community.

I dont think anyone is going to flat out put a plan together for you. Why dont you read through some of the 'sticky' threads at the top of the page and then if theres anything youre unclear of.....google it. Doing these two things will provide you with some simple knowledge youll need to put together a cycle...then put one together. Then once you have that complete come back and ask us to critique it and we will be glad to.

This is not something yoi want to just jump into blind. Educate yourself my friend. You will thank yourself later.

Yes I have read the sticky and read through on different forums, but like I mentioned I like someone with experience that can guide me through it and make a plan for me. Because I guess the training is different when using steroids compared to if I didn't.

I'm 24 years old, 190 cm tall and weight 60 kg. I trained for about a year.

Recovery time shortens so you can train more. There's your plan!

Let's see the cycle you want to run when you turn 25 years old (when your endocrine system is fully developed).

And you need to learn how to eat before you run a cycle. You diet is terrible if you are 190cm and only 60kg. How many calories are you eating daily and what are your macros?

Do you lift weights? What sports do you play regularly?

Melich,

In US numbers, you are 6-3 and 135lbs.
That tells us that you have a lot of room to grow natty before jumping on the juice. You have to teach yourself how to eat, even if it means walking around all day with a bloated gut. That's what it takes to make gains.
you should seek some advice from Mike Wines, 4 years ago he was 6-3 135 lbs and had to rethink his eating habits. Now he writes for M&F magazine. *************please do not post link to outside sites**********

I turn 25 in 3 months. But isn't the risk of those "side effects" that is described when someone take steroids before they are 25 years old, much lower for someone who take small dosage?

When I was training I was eating about 3-3.500 calories per day. But it made me really tired and I didn't see much change, I guess maybe I was training the wrong way or I missed out on something.

I don't do any sports or weights now.

So if you are not training, why would you want to use steroids? You will shut down your HPTA for minimal gains that will all be lost anyway after your cycle since you can't out together a diet to sustain the muscle mass. Steroids are not a magic pill that puts 20 pounds of muscle on you while you watch TV on the couch and eat Cheetos.

Even low doses shut down your HPTA (Natural Testosterone production). Low doses of steroids have all the same risks that high doses do.

I highly recommend that you take your money and do three things with it. 1) get a gym membership and start playing a sport. 2) Buy lots of quality food. 3) Get a diet coach who can help you grow while training.

You should be able to put on 20-30 pounds of muscle in 2016 if you start doing this.

Have you checked your thyroid?

that's really crazy I have to say... seems yes problem is bigger than just eating some guys just are like this genes or something some people gain weight from nothing - get fat some can't get weight that's how it is. My one friend was also like this 192 and about 70kg otherwise healthy dude I was same time about 89kg @193 without any training and no excess body fat.
I would just do in your case standard test e cycle 500mg/week just find out it on sticky thread. Train at least 4 times per week and do only compound exercises bench press dips squats deadlifts chinups dumbel curls incline db press 8-12 rep range don't be afraid of many sets I take sometimes even 10 sets with short rest periods 1-1.5 min for squats and deadlifts it may be too much but for all other exercises no problem.

You gotta build a base first bro. Read through the training forums. Time under tension, slow solid contractions and squeeze at peak. Read about diet. Lots of carbs to build mass. Good fats and lots of protein. These are just a cpl tips to help build a base. And its gonna take a while. Gotta have patience and be cosistant.

If you jump into using now and youve been doing something wrong this whole time, do you think that the gear is gonna fix your bad training habits and or diet?? Nope

Get a good diet and training regimen down first. Then later on after you've seen at least the natural newbie gains then think about a cycle. In the mean time you need to read all the stickies. You say you read through them but just want someone with expierence to lay out a plan for you, well in the stickies someone expierenced lays out a plan for every newbie out there. This is why i say to read the stickies again

well said thanks!

I recommend getting a diet put together for you by 3j he has had great results with his customers. Also work out for at least a year 4-5 times a week before jumping on steroids you have a lot of room to grow naturaly you would be doing yourself a big diservice taking steroids right now.

read all the stickies (threads stuck up top ) of the aas section...

If I am correct, you are 6'1 and your weight is 130???
Are you a female by any chance? And if you are not have you ever lifted a day in your life? If you're a guy, you have absolutely no muscle mass. Not trying to be harsh but wow unless that is a typo, I do not think I have ever seen anyone so small. There is this thing called eating, you should try it sometime.

Get your testosterone and thyroid levels checked. You might have low test/hyperthyroid. Being that tall will usually make your BMR(basal ********* rate) a lot higher than average. Training with AAS can be the same as training naturally, but with AAS you can get away with bad training and nutrition more easily. I want you to look into Starting Strength. This program is fantastic for getting strong and putting on high quality muscle mass. I have trained my father and my friend for 30 days on starting strength and they got very strong, very fast. My friend has dog shit genetics but even he got his bench press close to 200 lbs for reps in a little over 30 days. I promise you, it will only hurt you if you try to use steroids to bandaid a lack of knowledge in training and nutrition, as megatron so eloquently stated. You came to the right place, we will help you here.

I feel you dude. I used to be 6'2 at 140lbs, I was a heavy smoker for 10 horrible years. Once I quit smoking I started eating & gained 40lbs in a span of 10 yrs. When I started training I was 185lbs now about 2.5yrs later I am at 215-220 LBS. Before you think steroids dude (I just this week ordered my first cycle ever at 35yr old) you MUST EAT. If you see it, eat it, work out & mold your mass into muscles (don't over do it with bad carbs & sugars of course)
At 6'3 brother, you should be at least 215lbs and lifting regularly. You want to make sure your body is going to be strong enough to go from benching 2 45lb plates to 3 & 4. Make sure your back is well strengthened as you will be able to lift more & if not properly prepared, you're going to have a bad time. Also your wrists.
Take your time.
